Shrish Manglik

Founder, The AGI Studio

Shrish learned operations, finance, data and enterprise benefits from the floor up: self-taught into every one of them, and promoted faster than the people around him in each. At The Beer Store he was supervising a team of 18, all senior to him, within six months. At TELUS Health he reached senior analyst in three years, the fastest in that team's record.

That is the qualification that matters here. A studio that turns expert workflows into software has to be run by someone who has done the workflows, someone who can tell which part of a job is repeatable, which part needs judgment, and which part must stay human. He is not a technologist who discovered operations; he is an operator who taught himself technology because the work demanded it.

He now runs a factory of AI departments the same way he ran people: clear scope, explicit gates, verified output, and nothing trusted because it sounds confident.

I started building The AGI Studio because too many service businesses are stuck renting tools that never become their own operating system.

The useful pattern is simple: use AI where judgment is needed, then turn the repeatable work into dependable software your team owns.

The AGI Studio exists to build that thesis into real software businesses and client workflow systems. Product live state, revenue state, and proof stay explicit instead of inflated.
