About / Toronto, Canada

One founder building software systems people can actually use.

The AGI Studio is a Toronto-based software studio. We turn expert workflows into owned software products and operating tools, then keep the public claims honest about what is live, gated, or still being built.

Origin story

Why this exists.

I started building The AGI Studio because too many service businesses are stuck renting tools that never become their own operating system.

The useful pattern is simple: use AI where judgment is needed, then turn the repeatable work into dependable software your team owns.

The AGI Studio exists to build that thesis into real software businesses and client workflow systems. Product live state, revenue state, and proof stay explicit instead of inflated.

Principles

How decisions get made here.

Determinism over inference

AI helps us write the rules. The rules ship as code. Runtime is pure compute with no live model call for deterministic paths.

Ownership over rental

You get the source, deploy keys, operating docs, and handover artifacts that should be yours.

Workflow-first over visual theatre

The work starts with handoffs, proof gaps, quality gates, and the operating system needed to make execution repeatable.

Honesty about scale

One founder, no contractor pool, no inflated case studies. Bandwidth is real. So is the depth of attention each project gets.
