When you contact MDS, book a call, join a waitlist, or email us, we collect the information you provide: name, email, company, project details, selected service need, and message content.

The site may also process technical data such as IP address, browser headers, device metadata, page path, referrer, and timestamps for security, analytics, and form delivery.

Web3Forms processes contact-form submissions and forwards them to MDS email. Calendly handles booking flows. WhatsApp handles messages started through the WhatsApp link. Plausible provides privacy-focused website analytics. GitHub API data may be used to show public build/activity signals.

Product subdomains may use their own processors such as Supabase, Stripe, regional payment processors, or product-specific analytics. Those products should publish their own privacy notices where accounts, payments, or stored user data are involved.

The marketing site uses minimal local preference storage, including reduced-motion preference handling. Plausible is configured as privacy-focused analytics and does not use advertising cookies.

Calendly or embedded third-party tools may set their own cookies when you open or interact with their embeds. If you block cookies, booking or embedded tools may behave differently.

We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, qualify project fit, book calls, provide requested follow-up, improve the site, prevent spam or abuse, and maintain business records.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use contact-form submissions for third-party advertising.

If you submit a form, book a call, join a waitlist, or email MDS, you consent to MDS contacting you about that request and related services or product updates.

Commercial electronic messages identify MDS and include an unsubscribe path. You can opt out by replying "unsubscribe" or emailing the address below.

Inquiry records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for follow-up, business operations, legal obligations, dispute handling, or security review.

You can request deletion or correction of personal information unless MDS must retain it for legal, security, or legitimate business reasons.

You may request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent by contacting MDS. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe under applicable Ontario and Canadian privacy requirements.
