MDS may restrict access, remove content, or change the site at any time to protect users, systems, or business operations.

Workflow systems, product operations, managed ops, and company operating-system package descriptions are informational until confirmed in a written scope, invoice, or agreement. Public package copy is not final commercial terms.

Consulting, design, development, automation, and product-build engagements may require separate commercial terms covering scope, payment, ownership, revisions, delivery, and support.

Free calculators and demos are provided for informational use. Product links may open separate MDS product apps or subdomains with their own accounts, payments, availability, and terms.

In-development products such as ATLAS and NestIQ are shown to describe product direction and collect interest; they should not be treated as live professional services.

Immigration tools and Pathway content are not legal or immigration advice. Check IRCC and qualified professionals before making decisions.

ATLAS content is not tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice. Astrology tools are for informational, cultural, or entertainment use and should not replace professional medical, legal, financial, or safety decisions.

Site content, product names, design, code, copy, graphics, tools, and brand assets belong to MDS or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

Do not copy, resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer site tools or content except where permitted by law or by a separate written agreement.

MDS does not guarantee business revenue, immigration outcomes, exam scores, tax savings, rankings, conversion rates, or product adoption from using the site, services, calculators, or linked products.

Examples, package descriptions, and product roadmaps are not promises of specific outcomes.

The site links to or embeds third-party services including Calendly, Web3Forms, WhatsApp, Plausible, GitHub, and product payment providers. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

The site is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MDS is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from use of the site or linked products.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario. Disputes will be handled in Ontario courts unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
