The services, prices and descriptions on this site are a guide. What we build for you, its price and its timing become final only when they are set out in a written scope, invoice, or agreement. Public package copy is not final commercial terms.

Consulting, design, development, automation, and product-build engagements may require separate commercial terms covering scope, payment, ownership, revisions, delivery, and support.

Free calculators and demos are provided for informational use. Product links may open separate studio product apps or subdomains with their own accounts, payments, availability, and terms.

Roadmap-stage products such as ATLAS describe product direction only; they should not be treated as live products or professional services. NestIQ gives general information about Ontario tenancy law, not legal advice.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario. Disputes will be handled in Ontario courts unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
