Offline Windows command center for restaurants, cafes, caterers, food trucks, and ghost kitchens.
A white-label desktop app that lets a food-service operator enter their business name, colors, logo, operation type, cuisine pack, rules, and offline license before running local order intake, review flags, kitchen packets, and exports.
Windows desktop (Tauri v2)Offline-firstOffline Ed25519 trial/pro/studio license
What it does
Local order intake with operation-type profiles for dine-in, catering, takeout, and event work
Package and combo rules that expand orders into exact item quantities deterministically
Kitchen production sheets and packing checklists generated from saved orders
Deterministic review flags that surface missing quantities, dates, and rule conflicts before production
Printable prep packets for kitchen and front-of-house handoff
Local JSON exports of orders and production data for the buyer to keep or move
Who it is for
Food-service operators who want offline, local-data software they configure themselves.
Restaurants running daily dine-in and takeout order prep
Caterers managing package-based event orders
Cafes and bakeries with combo and batch production needs
Takeout and delivery operations standardizing packing checklists
Food trucks that need offline software at the service window
Banquet and event teams producing prep packets per function
Ghost kitchens running multiple menus from one machine
Offline & local data promise
All data lives in a SQLite database on the buyer’s machine — nothing is uploaded
No cloud sync and no remote account required to operate
No telemetry: the app does not phone home with usage data
Optional AI features are BYO-key or local-endpoint only and are never required by the deterministic engine
Windows-first OCR
Windows-first: offline document OCR uses the built-in Windows Media OCR engine. Mac and Linux builds would require a later Tesseract sidecar or buyer-provided OCR, so this SKU ships for Windows only.
License tiers
Licenses are verified offline with Ed25519 signatures — no activation server. Live purchase is not yet enabled and pricing is pending approval; preview binaries remain gated until artifact hosting is verified.
Trial
Fully functional for 7 days from first launch, capped at 15 saved orders. No account, no network activation. After the trial, your data stays viewable and exportable — saving locks until a license is activated.
Pro
Single-business unlocked production use: unlimited saved orders, full exports, and brand tokens for one operating business.
Studio
Multi-brand and repackaging tier for operators or agencies running the app across multiple brands or client businesses.
Downloads
No public binary is linked yet. Artifact hosting and checksums must be verified before download access is enabled.
