Bakeries, caterers and custom order shops

Custom orders that arrive complete and paid.

Software built so the customer sends the date, size, design and photos in one go, you set the price, and the order confirms itself once the deposit is paid. No back and forth at night.

Custom cakes, catering trays, grazing boxes and special orders all need the same few answers: the date, the size, the details and a deposit. Most of it still arrives by email, a little at a time. We can build software that collects it in one form, lets you set the price and approve, and confirms the order once the deposit is paid.

How the job runs once it is built.

An example version, step by step. Of the 6 steps, software does 5 steps and a person decides 1. We map your own version with you before anything is built.

Your week, before and after.

Today

  • Order buttons that only open an email address.
  • Catering menus as a PDF, with a line saying to call or email to order.
  • A rule that only a deposit confirms an order, and no way to pay it on the site.
  • Order forms that end in a reply within one or two days, and minimums checked by phone.

What it is built to do

For your customers

  • One order form with the questions you already ask: date, servings or quantity, flavour or items, photos, pickup or delivery.
  • Dates inside your notice period cannot be picked.
  • The deposit is paid by a secure link, and the confirmation arrives on its own.

For you

  • You check the request, set the price and approve. The deposit link goes out for you.
  • The order confirms itself when the deposit is paid.
  • Reminders for the balance and the pickup go out on their own.
  • Every order sits on one list, with its date, details and payment status.

One fixed price, agreed before any work begins.

Scope, price and what is not included are set in writing first, after your free map.

Common questions.

What owners ask first, answered plainly.

What does it cost?
The Workflow Fix is CAD 500 once, before tax, for one order flow, from the request to the paid confirmation. The map comes first and is free, and nothing is charged until you agree the scope in writing. See every software price
What happens after I get my map?
You see your map at once. If you want to go further, ask Shrish to go through it with you. Then you get a written agreement saying what you get, what is not included, when it is ready and the price. Nothing is charged until you say yes.
Can I keep my e-transfer customers?
Yes. The form is built to record the order either way, and you mark an e-transfer deposit as paid yourself.
Do I need a new website?
No. The order form is built to sit on the site you already have.
What does it cost each month?
Nothing from the studio, because the Workflow Fix is a single price paid once. Your payment provider and the tools you already use charge their normal fees.
